A calmer workflow for listing cards
Give every card a place in the process—and a place to find it after it sells.
CREELDEAL editorial guide · General guidance, not a personal test report from Kenny.
1. Sort before you photograph
Group cards by set or another consistent system. Separate items needing more research so they do not interrupt the simpler listings.
2. Keep front and back together
Assign a clear inventory identifier and keep the images paired. Check the actual card number, parallel and condition before finalizing the title.
3. Record the details once
Use a simple inventory sheet for the item identifier, description, storage location, cost and listing status. A consistent location matters more than a complicated system.
4. Check a small batch
Preview a few finished listings for image order and description accuracy before repeating the process across the whole stack.
5. Close the loop after a sale
Match the sold item to its inventory identifier, confirm the card against the listing, and update its status so it is not accidentally offered twice.
